Here at Express Fit Autocentres, it is important to us that all our staff are happy and safe within the workplace. We ensure that all our staff are safe are in the workplace. We are always honest and straightforward. All our job roles are explained clearly and will say what’s needed to be successful within the role. During the interview process, it will give you an insight into what working here is really like. We will also be able to answer any questions needed. Good Working Environment
All of our branches have a good working environment. They all have an area for staff to eat their food, make hot drinks and have somewhere to sit. A strong team spirit is important to us, as we like to have a sense of unity. We also have free parking for our staff, and we provide a full branded uniform.

When times are good in the business we like to share the success with our staff. So, within our business we have, a group bonus scheme to reward the good times. We also allow all our staff to have alternate Saturdays off as well as all Sundays and bank holidays.
